You provide us with your details.
You provide us with the details of the opportunity through our portal.
We allocate you with the perfect broker to manage the deal, ensuring timely communication for an efficient process. We then make a call within 4 business hours to confirm the next steps and required information.
We present our proposal of how to successfully move forward with the opportunity and structure an acceptable deal for our clients.
Once the proposal is accepted we then work towards applications and settlement.

What information do I require to submit an accreditation?
You will need to enter your personal and business details, your bank account details for commission payments, your industry membership certificate (MFAA, FBAA,CAFBA) and your identification.
Can I lodge a scenario without submitting an accreditation request?
You will be required to complete your accreditation request prior to lodging a scenario. This process takes on average 5 to 7 minutes. As soon as you’ve submitted your request, you can then lodge your scenario immediately.
How do I lodge a scenario?
Once you’ve submitted your accreditation, scenarios are lodged via the Portal on the Marketplace Finance powered by AFG Commercial website by clicking on “Submit Your Scenario”. You’ll receive an email with a Log Into Portal button, once clicked you’ll then receive a 6 digit code via SMS to your nominated mobile number to gain access to the portal.
What happens after I submit my accreditation?
Our team will prepare the referral agreement where you’ll receive an email notification advising you that your referral agreement is ready to accept within the portal.
What if I don’t have much information on the deal?
We can work with just the client’s name and contact number but always include whatever information you have.
How do I enquire about my current deal?
You can track the progress of the transaction via the Marketplace Finance powered by AFG Commercial dashboard. For more specific enquiries, you can always contact the Sales Manager directly or your Marketplace Finance Relationship Manager.
Can I choose who manages my transaction?
No, the transactions are allocated based on the sales managers pipeline and deal flow.
Do you do NCCP Home Loans?
No, we are a commercial platform.
Is there a minimum deal size?
Yes, we have a minimum loan amount of $500k.
Are there deals that you won’t do?
Standalone Home Loans, Personal Loans or Credit Cards.
What happens when a client comes directly to you?
We will always refer the client back to you. You will always get paid on subsequent deals.
How do I get paid?
Payment is made directly to you at an Aggregator level or via an Invoice, where the funder is off panel.
What support do you offer me and my team?
We offer a dedicated relationship manager and sales manager on each deal who can assist with face to face, phone or zoom training and support.
Can you assist my business in identifying commercial opportunities?
Yes, please contact your Marketplace Finance Relationship Manager who’ll be able to set up a face to face or virtual meeting to assist.
