Partnership Request

You provide us with your details, and we initiate the partnership process to get things moving.

Scenario Submission

Submit the opportunity details through our online portal, and we’ll gather the necessary information to assess the best financing options.

Broker Allocation & Initial Contact

We assign the most suitable broker to your case and make initial contact within 4 business hours to discuss the next steps and gather any additional details.

Proposal Delivery

From Proposal to Settlement - Once the proposal is approved, we manage the process through to settlement, handling applications and paperwork to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

By prioritising transparency, collaboration, and innovative solutions, we ensure each step of the process is handled efficiently, allowing you to achieve the best results for your clients.

How do I get accredited?

For all business owners/directors you are required to complete a partnership request via our website. For all employees please contact your Marketplace Finance relationship manager.

  2. Enter email
  3. Select ‘Log In from email’ to receive their two factor verification code via SMS
  4. Enter code to enter the portal
  5. Complete scenario details and submit.
  6. Referrer will receive email and text verification that the scenario has been submitted successfully.

Our team will prepare the referral agreement, and you’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready for you to accept in the portal.

You can monitor the transaction’s progress through the Marketplace Finance dashboard. For specific inquiries, feel free to reach out directly to the Sales Manager or your Marketplace Finance Relationship Manager.

Payment is made directly to you at an Aggregator level or via an Invoice, where the funder is off panel.

For each deal, we provide a dedicated relationship manager and sales manager who are available to assist with training and support through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or Zoom sessions.

  • Standard deals minimum amount: $500,000
  • No stand alone NCCP residential transactions
  • We engage with the client directly and in conjunction with the referring broker
  • Client always remains with the referring broker and are paid on any subsequent deals.
